GTCA can accept samples from clients outside of North America, however, we are are not international shipping experts. Below are links to a few sites that describe shipping biologic material internationally.
Our opinion is that a small (2 mm) section of mouse tail should be considered non-infectious biological material. If you know that the mouse does have live infectious material, please discuss with GTCA before sending this material to us.
Also, we request that you ship samples at room temperature, not on wet or dry ice. Therefore, shipping will be much easier and cheaper.
Payment for international orders will be done online by credit card or PayPal. You will receive an invoice via email with instructions on how to pay by credit card or PayPal. We require payment within 30 days and/or before new samples are sent for testing.
